Any product purchased from Eman Kashif Mughal (EKM) can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and still has the original label and tag in its original state.

Procedure for Exchange

Shipping the Product: For all local exchanges, please send the product to our address: [TBD]. In return, Eman Kashif Mughal (EKM) will provide you with a shopping coupon for the value of your purchase, which you may use for a new product.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information, and our exchange policy will then be applicable. Eman Kashif Mughal (EKM) reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or a declined credit card payment.
